Litters on the Ground: We anticipate up to 17 high-quality working line puppies available Mid October (Mals/Dutchies) and have added German Shepherds to our breeding program. 100% of our puppies go through the Foundation Dog® training program and will be finished as service dogs, protection dogs and special security dogs. Breeding Program: As of August 1, 2024 no dog can be imported into the United States that is under 6 months old. On August 31st the CDC is canceling all importer/exporter licenses for adult dogs as well. New rules will apply that require immense scrutiny of foreign breeding and importing/exporting programs that must use one of the thirteen CDC labs to get dogs into the US. Puppy importing is over, adult dog importing is in jeopardy. Top Tier K9 has a world-class breeding program right here in the USA and we are already seeing an increase in demand for our bloodlines. Malinois, Dutch Shepherd, German Shepherd and, coming soon, Golden Retrievers will be available to our students and Franchisees.

Top Tier K9 to the Rescue: We launched our rescue/shelter support program this month. Our certified locations are teaming up with community shelters to offer them a no-cost way for us to train dogs that would otherwise be euthanized. 4.9 million dogs are euthanized every year in America. 80% of them are put down because of behavioral issues we can fix. The program includes a training program for shelter/rescue staff, fosters, and adopters: a complete solution that will help us with our mission of emptying shelters through balanced dog and owner training. trained dogs seldom end up in shelters and have an extremely low recidivism rate. https://www.toptierk9.com/toptierk9-to-the-rescue

7 Dogs for 7 Veterans: Every year Top Tier K9 donates dogs to veterans in need. This year, the donations go through our franchise locations to help reach more veterans. This is a large expense and we look for 50% of all the costs to be covered through donations, we match that through in-kind service. We could do it out of pocket but we want to give people in the community a chance to be a part of something so special. Buy a collar, a leash, some dog food, a coupon for veterinarian services...it feels good to help our warriors who have suffered so much for our freedom and liberty, and we want to share that feeling with you. The program includes an 8-week training package for the veterans and one-on-one private lessons with the certified master trainers at our certified locations. the ongoing support for the dogs and veterans is paramount to the long-term success of the program. As we expand our franchise locations, we will be "upping the anti" to serve more and more communities with this program as well as our Top Tier K9 to the rescue program.
